Mike is currently the only member of Freeze Ventures and founded the consultancy to work on a wider variety of projects and to help smaller groups, companies, and startups.

He has previously worked various jobs in car sales, customer service, banking, corporate fashion retail, tech and healthcare. Companies he worked for include Epic Systems, Cigna Insurance, and Amazon.
